Downtown Lancaster’s Draft List

We handcraft our beers at our Downtown Lancaster, Lemoyne & Lebanon breweries in the tradition that we’ve been making sandwiches since 1983.  We strive to brew great-tasting beers consistently, using the best ingredients!

1. Hartman’s HeroesOur German Pilsner gets its name from one of our favorite employees who was with us for 30 years and a veteran! Impressive…and so is this beer! Fuggle, Calista, and Chinook hops. Have a pint and offer 3 cheers: Cheers to a colleague, Cheers to a veteran, and Cheers to a friend.   5.0% ABV

2. Big FlockerThe ninth batch of our popular dry-hopped double IPA. This juicy and dry, strong India Pale Ale is brewed with two-row American barley and hopped with Azacca, Cascade and Zamba9.6% ABV  Served in a 12 oz. glass.

3. The HoptimistOur new hazy IPA, brewed with white wheat, malted oats, and American two-row. Hopped with Citra, Amarillo and French hop Barbe Rouge. Dry-hopped with Citra and Amarillo at different points in the fermentation process.   6.6% ABV

4. Pink WitzardOur Belgian style witbier aged on raspberry and peach puree. A hazy pink brew crafted from Belgian wheat malt, flaked wheat and American two-row. Lightly hopped with Pacifica and Amarillo4.9% ABV

5. County Wide – Lancaster County Brewers Guild collab with local alder smoked maltfrom Deer Creek Malthouse. Traditional German-style Oktoberfest lagerwith a smokey character reminiscent of drinking around the campfire5.8% ABV

6. Flock Bock – This malt-forward lager is a traditional western European Bock style. Brewed using primarily Munich malt, with some Vienna, crystal and caramel malts as well. Very lightly hopped with Saaz..   5.3% ABV

7. Never Trust An Amberhe sister beer to our Trusted Amber Pennsylvanian lager. Brewed with American two-row with crystal malts and just a touch of chocolate malt, then hopped in the boil kettle with Idaho #7 and Nugget for subtle hints of sweet citrus.   5.5% ABV

8. Hart Van Glas This ale won a 2nd place ribbon in the Belgian beer category at the 2023 PA Farm Show. It is brewed with Pilsner malt and clear Belgian candi syrup. An intense maltiness is balanced against the hop bitterness of Saaz and Chinook  7.0% ABV

9. Nightmare On Queen StreetCome on down to Fast Freddy’s and get the beer of your dreams. Our malt-forward Marzen-style Oktoberfest lager is brewed with a combination of American two-row, crystal, Vienna and Munich malt. Lightly hopped with Saaz.   6.4% ABV

10. Tangerine Gleam – A sour beer cultured by lactobacillus in the brew kettle. Brewed with wheat and pilsner malt and hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, then aged on tangerine puree.  5.1% ABV

11. Queen Street Fuego – Hop lovers, look no futher than our take on the classic dry-finishing, bitter West Coast IPA.  Brewed with American two-row, hopped in the kettle and then heavily dry-hopped in the fermenter with Azacca, Cascade and Idaho #7.  6.6% ABV

12. Je Ne Sais Quoi – Our take on the Biere de Garde style from Northern France, this is a malt forward ale is aged in lager-like conditions. Similar to a French farmhouse style Saison but with less spicy characteristics. Brewed with light Munich, pale and biscuit rye malts and singularly hopped with Comet.   7.6% ABV
