Purpose: To encourage healthy habits by giving up an “unhealthy” habit.
What You Have To Do: Participants choose to “give up” one unhealthy habit…soda, smoking, fast food, alcohol, not getting enough sleep, energy drinks, caffeine, etc. for the designated time of event. This is a self-monitored event.
Dates of Event: This event runs 2/27 – 3/12 (2 Weeks).
