Mike Weaver, President and CEO
Mike has led organizations nearly his entire career. He served as President at Tabor, a non-profit to housing and financial service provider. He ran a precast concrete company and a masonry company then followed up with a start up in the waste to energy field. All these organization had one thing in common; they had great people, a rich history of values, and a bright future. That bright future typically required that the organization change how they served their customers and community. What Mike likes to talk about most is the present. He loves to see what the wonderful people at Isaac’s are doing and will do to continue building this wonderful organization.
Mike and his wife, Amy, have 3 children, Seth, Emily and Drew along with their dog, Alley. One thing you might not know about Mike is that he plays piano and can do one card trick really well! He also loves to cook for large groups. Mike’s favorite Isaac’s sandwich is the Rainbow Parrot.
Dorrie Courogen, Senior Manager of Restaurants – Dorrie spends most of her days at Isaac’s locations all around the company doing inspections, problem-solving and helping our general managers. Dorrie has worked at several Isaac’s locations since she started with the company back in 2000. When she’s not running from restaurant to restaurant, you’ll find her in Camp Hill where she resides with her husband, Chris. They’re empty nesters now that their three daughters are off in far-flung places like London, New York and Pittsburgh.
She loves spending time with her family and bluegrass music…and her favorite Isaac’s sandwich, which is the Magpie.
Matthew Pasciuta, Senior Manager of Operations – Matt wears many hats at Isaac’s and you may find him working on Information Technology issues, Human Resource issues, developing or working on our Menu. Matt has worked at multiple Isaac’s locations since starting with the company in 2012. Matt lives in York Haven with his five dogs….yes you read that correctly….5!
Matt enjoys hiking, traveling, history and music. You may also find him out and about taking photographs which is a huge hobby of his, or perhaps even making cold process soap. He is a huge Florida Gators fan as well. His favorite sandwich is the Pterodactyl…or wait the Magpie….no the Mallard…or maybe the Bird of Paradise…making him choose a favorite when he helps to craft the menu is pretty difficult.
Heather Buehrle, District Manager of Alcohol Concept Locations – Heather has worked for Isaac’s since 2011, the majority of that time as a General Manager. She has mentored other GMs, trained AMs, served as the Chairperson of the Isaac’s Safety Committee and is ALWAYS helping out at events throughout the company.
She enjoys spending time with her family…her husband, 4 kids, 2 grandkids, 1 cat and 2 guinea piggies! She also loves traveling, brewery touring, fishing, hiking, sunshine and the beach! Her favorite sandwich usually depends on the day…today it’s the Larkspur…but whatever it happens to be she’ll pair it with an Isaac’s soup!
Johnny Roberts, Business & Market Development Director – Johnny Roberts is Isaac’s Business & Market Development Director, helping all locations in their marketing endeavors. He’s been in the restaurant business since he was 16 years old. He left an advertising firm in the 90s to merge his love of restaurants and marketing when he started at Isaac’s in 2000. He and his husband, Richard, live out in the countryside in western Lancaster County where they garden, bake and spend as much time as possible with their 2 standard poodles.
Joshua Klunk, Human Resources Generalist – Starting with Isaac’s in 2011, Josh worked in several locations before joining the Central Office team. A 2012 graduate of Millersville University, he has a Bachelor’s Degree in History but realized while finishing his degree that the restaurant business was his true passion. His favorite part of his job is supporting the teams at our restaurants and working on the training programs that help them to deliver extraordinary experiences to our guests.
When not at work he enjoys cooking, reading and listening to music. He lives in Hanover with his wire and daughter. His favorite sandwich is the Flaming Chicken.
Mary Jane Solon, Staff Accountant – Mary Jane started as a deli worker at Isaac’s in 2003 and became a GM in 2005. She has worked in multiple locations, helped open our Mount Joy location and trained new GMs and AMs. After so many years dealing with store & sales reports she realized she loves working with numbers and signed on for the accounting position at Central Office.
She enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 kids & 2 cats. She loves the beach, watching sports professionally and her son playing football, basketball and baseball! Her favorite sandwich changes frequently but she really loves the Flaming Chicken Wrap with crispy chicken tenders.
Brianna Furjanic, Office Administrator –
