1. Hartman's Heroes - Our German style pilsner gets its name from one of our longest tenured employees who also happened to be a veteran. Dry on the finish and crystal clear. Hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Chinook. 5.0% ABV
2. Hoptimist - Our topical and fruity hazy IPA is brewed with white wheat, malted oats, and American two-row. Hopped with Citra, Idaho #7, and Cascade, then dry-hopped with Citra at different points in the fermentation process. 6.8% ABV
3. Dark Stout of the Moon - A sweet and mild American Stout brewed with chocolate malt, roasted barley, flaked oats, American two-row, various caramel malts and lactose. Hopped with Chinook and Pacifica. Aged for fifteen months in oak Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. 8.3% ABV
4. Queen St Fuego - Our take on the classic dry-finishing, bitter West Coast IPA. Hop lovers, look no further. Brewed with American two-row, hopped in the kettle and then heavily dry-hopped in the fermenter with Azacca, Cascade and Idaho #7bitter, dry and hoppy pale ale that is fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast. This is a single hop beer that is infused with Idaho #7. 6.1% ABV
5. Hank’s Heater - A habanero pepper infused American-style pale ale. A little heat, a little sweet and slightly hoppy. If you’re unsure about how spicy you may like it, ask your bartender or server for a sample first! 4.8% ABV
6. McIlyar's Irish Red - Our malty Irish-style red ale is brewed with Maris Otter two-row barley from the United Kingdom, roasted barley and light biscuit malt. Lightly hopped with Nugget for a mild hop crispiness. 4% ABV
7. Red Wit-zard - Our Belgian style witbier aged on cranberry puree. A hazy red brew crafted from Belgian wheat malt, flaked wheat and American two-row. Lightly hopped with Idaho #7 for additional notes of citrus fruit. 5% ABV
8. Nicole's Nightingale - A balanced pale lager with restrained hoppiness. Brewed with pilsner malt, two-row barley and lightly hopped at different points with Hellerau Blanc. 4.6% ABV
9. Botanist Jr - A hazy session IPA brewed with two-row barley, flaked oats and white wheat malt. Fermented with English ale yeast, hopped and dry-hopped with Azacca, Nugget and Cascade. 4.7% ABV
10. Birdhaus - House pale ale brewed with American two-row barley. Several boil kettle and whirlpool hop additions of Idaho #7, Cascade and Citra, then finally a heaping dry hop of Citra. 4.7% ABV
11. Hart Van Glas - This Belgian Blond ale won a 2nd place ribbon in the Belgian beer category at the 2023 PA Farm Show. It is brewed with Pilsner malt and clear Belgian candi syrup. An intense maltiness is balanced against the hop bitterness of Saaz, Nugget and Chinook. 7% ABV
12. Bird Lite - A highly crushable, low ABV light pilsner-style lager. Hopped with Czech Saaz for just a touch of hop bitterness. 3.7% ABV
