In August of 2020, Isaac's opened its first brewery at our Downtown Lancaster location, continuing our commitment to great taste by brewing our own craft beers.  Our specialty brews bring out the best in the artisan grilled sandwiches and made-from-scratch soups we’ve spent over 40 years perfecting!

Since 2020 we have added 2 additional breweries and are brewing at our Downtown Lancaster, Lebanon and Lemoyne locations.  All Isaac's locations, with the exception of Ephrata, are pouring our craft beers.  Ephrata is slated to be pouring by early Summer 2025.

Alex Painter, our Brewmaster, has been with Isaac's for 15 years and was a General Manager at our Downtown Lancaster location until he completed the HACC Brewing Sciences Program in 2019 and stepped into the role of Brewmaster in 2020.

He brews a variety of beers such as Lagers, Pilsners, Stouts & Belgians but really enjoys brewing IPAs and older beer styles like Roggenbier and Bierre de Garde.
