1. Hartman's Heroes - Our German Pilsner gets its name from one of our favorite employees who was with us for 30 years and a veteran! Impressive…and so is this beer! Hopped with Chinook and Hallertau Blanc. Have a pint and offer 3 cheers: Cheers to a colleague, Cheers to a veteran, and Cheers to a friend! 5.0% ABV
2. Botanist Junior - A hazy session IPA brewed with two-row barley, flaked oats and white wheat malt. Fermented with English ale yeast, hopped and dry-hopped with Azacca, Nugget and Cascade. 4.7% ABV
3. Hart Van Glas - This Belgian Blond ale won a 2nd place ribbon in the Belgian beer category at the 2023 PA Farm Show. It is brewed with Pilsner malt and clear Belgian candy syrup. An intense maltiness is balanced against the hop bitterness of Saaz, Nugget and Chinook. 7% ABV
4. Birdhaus - House pale ale brewed with American two-row barley. Several boil kettle and whirlpool hop additions of Azacca, Cascade and Citra, then finally a heaping dry hop of Citra. 4.6% ABV
5. Red Wit-zard - Our Belgian style witbier aged on cranberry puree. A hazy red brew crafted from Belgian wheat malt, flaked wheat, and American two-row. Lightly hopped with Idaho #7 for additional notes of citrus fruit. 5% ABV
6. Nicole's Nightingale - A balanced pale lager with restrained hoppiness. Brewed with pilsner malt, two-row barley and lightly hopped at different points with Hallertau Blanc. 4.6% ABV
7. Flamingo Del Sol - Corn or maize in the mash is what makes a Mexican-style lager, with ours having a ratio of about 25% flaked corn to barley as the base malt. Very lightly hopped with Azacca for a light citrus touch, this brilliantly golden lager is best enjoyed cold. 5% ABV
8. Queen Street Fuego - Our take on the classic dry-finishing, bitter West Coast IPA. Hop lovers, look no further. Brewed with American two-row, hopped in the kettle and then heavily dry-hopped in the fermenter with Azacca, Cascade, and Idaho #7. 6.1% ABV
9. Hank’s Heater - A habanero pepper infused American-style pale ale. A little heat, a little sweet, and slightly hoppy. If you’re unsure about how spicy you may like it, ask your bartender or server for a sample first! 4.8% ABV
10. McIlyar's Irish Red - Our malty Irish-style red ale is brewed with Maris Otter two-row barley from the United Kingdom, roasted barley and light biscuit malt. Lightly hopped with Nugget for a mild hop crispiness. 4.0% ABV
11. The Hoptimist - Our tropical and fruity hazy IPA is brewed with white wheat, malted oats, and American two-row. Hopped with Citra, Idaho #7, and Cascade, then dry-hopped with Citra at different points in the fermentation process. 6.8% ABV
12. Bird Lite - A highly crushable, low ABV light pilsner-style lager. Hopped with Czech Saaz for just a touch of hop bitterness. 3.7% ABV
