    2. Big Flocker - The tenth batch of our popular dry-hopped double IPA. This juicy and dry, strong India Pale Ale is brewed with two-row American barley and hopped with Azacca, Cascade, and Idaho #7.   9.1% ABV   12 oz. pour


    3. Birdhaus - House pale ale brewed with American two-row barley. Several boil kettle and whirlpool hop additions of Azacca, Cascade and Citra, then finally a heaping dry hop of Citra.   4.6% ABV


    4. Never Trust An Amber - The sister beer to our Trusted Amber Pennsylvanian lager. Brewed with American two-row with crystal malts and just a touch of chocolate malt, then hopped in the boil kettle with Idaho #7 and Nugget for subtle hints of sweet citrus.  5.5% ABV


    5. Pink Witzard - Our Belgian style witbier aged on raspberry and peach puree. A hazy pink brew brafted from Belgian wheat malt, flaked whear and American two-row. Lightly hopped with Pacifica and Amarillo.  4.9% ABV


    6. The Hoptimist - Our tropical and fruity hazy IPA is brewed with white wheat, malted oats, and American two-row. Hopped with Citra, Idaho #7, and Cascade, then dry-hopped with Citra at different points in the fermentation process.   6.6% ABV


    7. Hart Van Glas - This Belgian Blond ale won a 2nd place ribbon in the Belgian beer category at the 2023 PA Farm Show. It is brewed with Pilsner malt and clear Belgian candi syrup. An intense maltiness is balanced against the hop bitterness of Saaz and Chinook.  7.0% ABV 


    8. Nightmare On Queen Street - Come on down to Fast Freddy's and get the beer of your dreams. Our malt-forward Marzen-style Oktoberfest lager is brewed with a combination of American two-row, crystal, Vienna and Munich malt. Lightly hopped with Saaz.   6.4% ABV


    9. Dark Stout Of The Moon - Perfect for a cold day, our Imperial Stout is brewed with chocolate and biscuit malt, roasted barley, flaked oats, and American two-row. Hopped with Azacca and Chinook.   9.2% ABV  12 oz. pour


    10. North Country Lane - A bitter, dry and hoppy pale ale that is femented with Norwegian Kveik yeast.  This is a single hop beer that is infused with Idaho #7 multiple times in the boil kettle.   4.9% ABV


    11. Flamingo Del Sol - Corn or maize in the mash is what makes a Mexican-style lager, with ours having a ratio of about 25% flaked corn to barley as the base malt. Very lightly hopped with Azacca for a light citrus touch.   5.0% ABV


    12. Queen Street Fuego - Our take on the classic dry-finishing, bitter West Coast IPA. Hop lovers, look no further. Brewed with American two-row, hopped in the kettle and then heavily dry-hopped in the fermenter with Azacca, Cascade, and Idaho #7.   6.6% ABV
