1. Hartman's Heroes - Our German style pilsner gets its name from an old employee who worked for us for 30 years and who also happens to be a veteran.  Dry on the finish and crystal clear.  Hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Chinook!   5.0% ABV

2. McIlyar's Irish Red - A malty Irish style red ale brewed with English Maris Otter two-row barley and roasted barley and small amount of crystal and chocolate malt. Hopped with Willamette and UK Challenger.   4% ABV

3. Botanist Junior - A hazy session IPA brewed with two-row barley, flaked oats and white wheat malt. Fermented with English ale yeast, hopped and dry-hopped with Azacca, Nugget and Cascade.   4.7% ABV

4. Bird Lite - Highly crushable low ABV light Pilsner-style lager.  Hopped with Czech Saaz for a touch of hop bitterness.   3.7% ABV

5. Trusted Amber - Clean and crisp with a restrained hop bite. This Amber larger iis brewed with Pilsner and Munich malt. Notes of biscuits and light toastiness. Hopped with Spalter select and a classic Noble hop Saaz.   6.6% ABV

6. Dark Stout of the Moon - A sweet, thick and mild American Stout brewed with chocolate malt, roasted barley, flaked oats, American two-row, and various caramel malts. Hopped with Chinook and Azacca. Aged for a full year in oak Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels.   9% ABV
