1. Birdhaus - House pale ale brewed with American two-row barley. Several boil kettle and whirlpool hop additions of Idaho #7, Cascade and Citra, then finally a heaping dry hop of Citra. 5% ABV
2. Hank's Heater - A habanero pepper infused American-style pale ale. A little heat, a little sweet and slightly hoppy. If you’re unsure about how spicy you may like it, ask your bartender or server for a sample first! 4.8% ABV
3. Bird Lite - A highly crushable, low ABV light pilsner-style lager. Hopped with Czech Saaz for just a touch of hop bitterness. 3.9% ABV
4. Flamingo Del Sol - Corn or maize in the mash is what makes a Mexican-style lager, with ours having a ratio of about 25% flaked corn to barley as the base malt. Very lightly hopped with Azacca for a light citrus touch, this brilliantly golden lager is best enjoyed cold. 5% ABV
5. Red Wit-zard -Our Belgian style witbier aged on cranberry puree. A hazy red brew crafted from Belgian wheat malt, flaked wheat and American two-row. Lightly hopped with Idaho #7 for additional notes of citrus fruit. 5% ABV
6. Hartman's Heroes - Our German Pilsner gets its name from one of our favorite employees, who was with us for 30 years and is a veteran! Hopped with Chinook and Hallertau Blanc. Have a pint and offer 3 cheers: Cheers to a colleague, Cheers to a veteran, and Cheers to a friend! 4.7% ABV
